| Please note, the HOA only permits members to reserve the pavilion
and does not make reservations for the neighborhood pool. The HOA
charges a $100 refundable deposit for the use of the pavilion. The
deposit will be returned within 7 days if the pavilion is cleaned,
undamaged, and the garbage is removed.
