Hidden Springs Ranch is a member-managed homeowners' association. The Board of Directors
is elected annually and consists entirely of association members. Board responsibilities and
member rights are defined in the Association's by-laws. All members in good standing are
eligible, subject to statutory eligibility, to serve on the board. Key board positions are

Most association business is conducted, with Board oversight, by the HOA Administrator. The
Administrator maintains a record of Association finances, coordinates all vendor activities
and serves as the primary point of contact for all real estate transactions. The Administrator can
