Governance and Documents

Hidden Springs Ranch is a member-managed homeowners' association. The Board of Directors is elected annually and consists entirely of association members. Board responsibilities and member rights are defined in the Association's by-laws. All members in good standing are eligible, subject to statutory eligibility, to serve on the board. Key board positions are identified below. Member responsibilities and deed restrictions can be found in our Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Electronic copies of these, and related, documents can be found below.

Most association business is conducted, with Board oversight, by the HOA Administrator. The Administrator maintains a record of Association finances, coordinates all vendor activities and serves as the primary point of contact for all real estate transactions. The Administrator can be reached via email at hoa@dshiddenspringsranch.com.
