Attention
Walkers!!
We are always
concerned about the safety of our residents and pets in our
neighborhood. If you plan to walk at night when it
cools off, please wear REFLECTIVE and LIGHT
colored-clothing. Consider outfitting your dog with
a reflective collar and better yet, get one which has a
built-in light tube that you can turn on & off. Be
safe and wear clothing to make yourself highly visible -
don't take any chances on your safety in the darkness and help
drivers see
you! |

Dear Homeowner,
Welcome to another edition of the
Hidden Springs Newsletter. I do hope your summer
is going well and you've had a chance to enjoy our
community pool. It certainly brings welcome relief
during these hot summers. Don't forget
you may reserve the pool pavilion for your private
small function so please don't hesitate to request it
for your next event. Please note however
that the Pool itself cannot be reserved, just the
Pavilion area.
We've had some exciting changes to our Board with
new Members that were voted in at our last Annual
Homeowners' Meeting in March. If you happen
to run into them or speak via 'phone, please thank them
for the wonderful job they are doing. As I'm sure
most of you are aware we are a
self-managed Association and the willingness of our
volunteer homeowners to help in all aspects of the
management of our Association is very much
appreciated. Without them, there would be
no HOA and we would be forced to use an expensive
Management Company that does not do as great a job as we
can do ourselves at a fraction of the cost!
Don't forget to
SAVE THE DATE - Sunday October 26th, 2008 from
4-6pm when we will be having
a Halloween Party for all Hidden Springs Ranch
Residents at the Pool Pavilion, see below for more
details!
In closing I look forward to the
opportunity to meet our new families and say hello to
the ones who've been here a while. If
you ever have any ideas or suggestions for improvements
around Hidden Springs Ranch please don't hesitate to
call the HOA number or drop us an email.
Best regards,
Ellen Marchand

| Thank you Hidden Springs
Ranch!
From Hays County ESD #6 Fire
Rescue
Dear Hidden Springs Ranch
Homeowners,
On behalf of Chief Gothard and the Hays
County Emergency Services District # 6 Fire Rescue, we
wanted to say thank you for allowing us to use the pool
at the Hidden Springs Ranch. Our department put on a
Scuba Diving class which is the first part of a Rescue
Divers certification. This class would not have been
possible without the support of the Hidden Springs Ranch
Home Owners Association and the members of the
Association. The class was a huge success. If there is
ever anything our Fire Department can do for you or the
Home Owners Association please do not hesitate to
contact us. I thank you again on behalf of the Hays
County ESD #6 and I look forward to possibly working
with you in the
future. Sincerely, ERAN
DENZLER BATTALION CHIEF, HENLY BATTALION HAYS
